The First Responder Recovery & Wellness Program is a specialized treatment track designed to address the unique mental health, substance use, and traurna-related challenges faced by first responders. Our program provides a safe, culturally cornpetent, and peer-supported environrnent where first responders can heal, recover, and reclaim their lives with dignity.

Core Components

Integrated Dual Diagnosis Treatment
We treat co-occurring disorders including PTSD, substance use disorders, anxiety, depression, and moral injury using evidence-based modalities.

Culturally Competent Care
Our staff are trained in first responder culture and rnany have direct experience in the field. Clients receive care without fear of stigma or misunderstanding.

Trauma-Focused Therapies
Including EMDR, CPT, Somatic Experiencing, and trauma-informed CBT, delivered in individual and group settings.

Peer-Led and Clinician-Facilitated Groups
First responder-focused process groups, psychoeducation, relapse prevention, and wellness skills are core to our group programming.

Family & Relationship Support
We offer family therapy, psychoeducation, and structured support to help repair and strengthen key relationships.

Fitness & Wellness Integration
Physical health is vital to emotional healing. Clients engage in yoga, personal training, sound healing, mindfulness, and nutritional support.

Aftercare & Professional Reintegration
Discharge planning includes return-to-duty assessments, licensing support, peer networks, and alumni engagement for ongoing recovery.
