Daniella Alvarez

Primary Therapist

Daniela Alvarez is an AMFT who brings compassion, empathy, and a trauma-informed approach to her work at our treatment center. Born in Mexico and raised in the US, she brings a bilingual, bicultural lens to her work offering therapy in both English and Spanish to help clients feel fully seen and understood.

She earned her BA in psychology from CSU Channel Islands and her MA in counseling from California Lutheran University. Daniela has experience working with individuals of all ages struggling with mental health challenges and the lasting effects of trauma.

Her therapeutic approach is grounded in empathy, understanding and meeting clients where they are. Daniela creates a safe, nonjudgmental space to help clients process their experiences, develop healthier coping strategies, and build a more empowered future.
